Your week, multiplied.
A 500 m² floor at 40 mm ties up a hand-mix crew for a week: mixing, carrying, barrowing, then laying. With ScreedPro the truck batches and pumps while your team just lays. The five-day job becomes one day, and the other four go to the next four jobs.

Screed becomes a finishing trade.
Screeding with bags means pallets up the hoist and into the rooms before the door frames go in, because a pallet won't fit through a finished doorway. So screed gets dragged to the front of the program, hostage to the crane and the hoist.
We pump. The hose goes through the doorway, the doors stay on, the crane goes elsewhere, and screed moves to the back of the program where a finishing trade belongs. No stockpiles, no mixers, no silica dust from tipping bags, and the same mix in every load.

Bagged screed has to go in before the doorways close. Pumped screed goes through them, late, as a one-day finishing trade.

Every load is batched by computer on the truck to the specified mix, so what you write in the specification is what goes on the floor, from the first square metre to the last. The ScreedMax Pro range covers every floor covering and installation type, with a 20-year warranty on S30.
The Australian Standards are clear that sand cement screed is not a substrate for resilient or textile floor coverings. Our engineered range is.

1 t bulk bags of our screeding sand, and 500 kg slimline bags that fit through a doorway on a euro pallet.
Chopped fibre dosed by the truck into any of our screeds. Cheaper and easier than mesh, and reduces cracking risk.
Water-repelling efflorescence blocker, dosed automatically by the truck computer.
