The ScreedMax range
Traditional and engineered dry mix screeds, the Liquid Mix Screed Range, and the sand, fibre and additives that go with them. All batched on the truck and pumped to the floor.
Dry mix screed products
Computer-controlled, weigh-cell dosed and mixed by powerful mixing systems, with screeding sands we make and blend ourselves.

Sand, fibre and additives
We are sand nerds. The same trucks place stabilised sand and pump sand where cranes and shovels would take all day.
Cement stabilised sand
Bulk fill around pipes, into voids and for landscaping, at an exact 5, 8 or 10% mix, pumped up to 200 m.
Sand pumping
Sand pumped up to 200 m: planter boxes on the 15th floor, cavities under slabs, wherever a crane and shovel would take all day.
Bagged sand
1 t bulk bags of our screeding sand, and 500 kg slimline bags that fit through a doorway on a euro pallet.
ScreedMax Fibre
Chopped fibre dosed by the truck into any of our screeds. Cheaper and easier than mesh, and reduces cracking risk.
ScreedMax EffBlock
Water-repelling efflorescence blocker, dosed automatically by the truck computer.
Australian Standards
The standards have moved towards engineered screeds for many floor coverings. Here is what they say, and which product meets them.
| Floor covering | Standard | Requirement | ScreedPro product |
|---|---|---|---|
| Resilient sheet and tiles (vinyl, linoleum, rubber, VCT, hybrid) | AS 1884:2021 | Sand cement screed subfloors shall not be used. Where falls to waste are needed, an engineered screed shall be used. | ScreedMax Pro engineered screed |
| Carpet tiles | AS 2455.2:2019 | A sand/cement screed shall not be used as a substrate for textile floor coverings. | ScreedMax Pro engineered screed |
| Carpet | AS 2455.1:2019 | A sand/cement screed is an unsuitable substrate for textile floor coverings. | ScreedMax Pro engineered screed |
